I received my card but the street address is misspelled, can anyone tell me to whom I inquire about correcting this?

I received my card but the street address is misspelled, can anyone tell me to whom I inquire about correcting this?

My birth date was wrong on my card. I emailed to this address

 

BHP-MMMPINFO@michigan.gov

 

and they responded the next day. The new card was sent out within a week.
