Application Denied Because The Person Might Be Convicted In The Future

The MDCH just denied Terry Provost becoming a caregiver because he might be convicted of a drug related felony in the future.

 

His case is pending. Here is a thread about his case:

It sounds like the MDCH holds it's own court.

happened to 1 of my patients over a year ago. been in court 2 years. no conviction

Isn't an assumption like this called, "conjecture?" WHO the heck are they to assume this??? Now they're prosecutors and judges, too? Can they also see into the future? Noooooo this is ridiculous. If that ain't the LAMEST EXCUSE.....
