Homes Labs
I got a copy of a program from a friend but he said I have to replace the .dll file before it would work. He included the new .dll file but I have NO idea how to do this. Did a little research but honestly I am afraid to move forward with it and screw up my computer or something...any help? THANKS!! MTMS1975
well - if you trust them - you need to locate the original file folder, go there, and copy and paste the new file over the old dll (yes to all). alternatively - to be safe - you can find the original dll file folder, select the file and rename to make backup (example: text.exe to text-backup.exe), and then copy and paste the file to that folder. I would do the latter.
1337Gr33n
Create a system restore point before you do that, though.
