Second reading and consider adoption of Ordinance No. 460 prohibiting medical marijuana dispensaries in the City of Hastings.

 

Motion by McNabb-Stange, with support by Tossava, to adopt Ordinance No. 460 as read.

 

Ayes: Bowers, Campbell, Depue, Jasperse, McNabb-Stange, Tossava, Wood, and May.

Nays: None.

Absent: Tubbs.

Motion carried.

It took a while for them to come into the fight with wyoming. In wyoming they banned all medical marijuana use, cultivation dispensaries everything! I could live with no dispensaries but the outright ban takes a medication from my wife!

hahaha johndeermuskies! i know that town very well. It is so funny they want to ban dispensaries. (probably competition for half the counsel's extended family!) farmer's all over Barry county grow. i have seen them!
