Fountain Lady Threatening To Sue Mall

At first i thought she was just an idiot I mean how could you not see that fountain! Well today we learn she works at that mall and is now threatening to sue them because 'No one came to my aid". Now I can't help but believe she knew what she was doing all the time after watching the video many times.

wow I can totaly see that happening to me lmao! I dont know about suing she got up pretty fast, didnt miss a lick, with the pain im always in, id be laying in there a few minutes (prob laughing and bumming i wrecked my cell phone) just to make sure all of my limbs were still working,,

back to laughing. I wonder what will happen when a texting driver and a texting pedestrian meet up? It is called shared liability. In Michigan no lawyer would even meet with her as the fountain is an open and obvious hazard easily avoided by any normal human. How normal can you be considered if you do not look where you are walking?

Just last week i was sitting in the truck waiting for the girlfriend and two kids come walking up the street. the one was texting and walked right into the front on the truck, hard.

 

If ya cant text and walk at 2 mph, how the hell do ya plan on doing it at 55-60mph
