Maine To Open First Medicinal Marijuana Dispensaries On East Coast, But Not Without Concerns

Marijuana dispensaries are now open coast to coast. The similarities in both RI and Maine's laws are amazing, close to being reflections of each other, and suprisingly similar to MI law. The Smale's (the owners/operators of the first dispensary in Maine) as is true of most dispensaaries, are not big business but mom and pop, literally. They're not buig business but big debtors and in big financial trouble and beholden to family and friends from whom they've borrowed. If their business fails; as is true of most dispensary operators in MI, who've spent their personal assets to open and in fact, have assumed debt and monthly debt service to open (as is true of most small business operators), they're in big financial trouble, likely headed to Chapter 7 Bankruptcy).
