My patients received their cards a week or so ago. When is a good time to start the E-mail's to MDCH? I figured my cards were just a little late but how long is too long to let this go? Thanks

I sent them an email, included all the id info on app. ss#,dl# phone# date of check cashing etc. your patient/caregiver # if you have it. took about a week and the card showed up the same day that they responded to my email with a lame form letter response
