Just drives me nuts. Why it is that you can pop half a dozen vicodin and then jump in a car and its okay. But if you've used medical marijuana within even the same day as driving, they think you're too stoned to drive.

L.A.C I got caught on vicoden driving and charged! pulled over for speeding,,leo said he had probabe cause to search my vehicle, found some vics i used to leave in my vehicle, for when i was away from home and maybe forgot my pain meds,,the lable was pealed off because it had a refill on it, and i didnt want no one to steal it and refill it,,,,,,,long story short,,,,I went all the way to trial and fired my court appt attny on that very morning in front of the judge! macomb county,,,mt clemens,,,,,yea,,,,,my court appt attny shows up 1/2 hr late for trial,,,says what did you say to prob dept, they are gonna give ya 6 months!

 

I saved every single prescription that was ever written for me since 1998, so I could prove they were mine,,,,,any how appt attny says just say this and say this and ok and blah blah blah!

 

Im going to jail, i gotta do something.....judge asks me if i understand the charges!(attny said i was to say yes) I said no i dont!!!!!!

I whipp out 8 yrs worth of vicoden script from my back specialist,,,,she looks at pa, looks at my idiot, she asks were any of you aware of this?

they both said no. I said yes they did, i want to fire him and hire my own attny,,,judges says fine mr.------- I cant go thru with this trial any how!

Hahaha!

 

I know what the inside of to many courts and jails look like!
