Missoula Medical Marijuana Clinic Raided

The Missoula drug task force raided a medical marijuana clinic, seizing records and computers.

 

But the owner of the clinic says he's in compliance with the Montana law.Missoula County Attorney Fred Van Valkenburg says Montana Pain Management was searched around 5 o'clock Thursday afternoon.

 

Van Valkenburg told us he couldn't release what the task force seized, because they still have to review the evidence taken to see if charges will be filed.

 

The president of Montana Pain Management, Rick Rosio, tells us he believes his clinic is in compliance with the Montana law.

 

He also said if nothing else, this raid will show the need for clarity in the law.

 

Rosio told us the task force seized records and computers, but no medical marijuana plants were taken.

 

This case is still under investigation.
