Did I read that correctly? Did they say they would not take up a moretorium

on dispensaries because they had been advised that they could not do that, but

they are still possibly going ahead with an ordinance to ban CAREGIVERS from

growing as set by the state? They do not even realize yet that they have no

right to ban patients or caregivers from growing. But they soon will.
