Public Property

I am holding a global marijuana march and concert in the UP and ran into a question.

 

we are going to have a THC/CBD tester on site but with that being public property is it legal?

 

A friend called concerned about it being public property. I am renting the area for the day.

 

I thought as long as they aint smoking it they will be covered under the law.

 

There is going to be a sign at the gate that says "NO ILLEGAL DRUGS/ALCOHOL"

Check with the people you are renting from. They will be taking heat if there's a problem since it is taking place on their property.
