This is disturbing and I'm not sure if it's already posted on this site but it should be. Although it is graphic we the people NEED to know that this is how money is being wasted and how SANE is operating in a very similar fashion! SCARY they get paid to ruin the quality of life of sick/hurting people! They are putting a road block in the way to their pursuit of happiness and scarring people for life in new ways never imagined! This could be SANE's last stand for they were almost terminated. Do to Emmet Co. Funding they have managed to receive enough money to stick around. Charlevoix Co just recently withdrew from the SANE program a year ago and is very happy with their decision. If we can get Emmet Co. to open their eyes to this abuse of power we may be able to slay the beast!
