How do you protect your copy of a warrant if notice a problem and are placed under arrest?

Anyone could print off one of those forms, fill it out, and go wherever they want. How do we verify the signatures?

You get a copy of it. And if the signature is invalid, anything they find is an illegal search and cannot be used against you. Also, it should be a LEO that is giving it to you, not just one of your neighbors. That would be my first clue, and step, get the officer executing the warrants name and badge number, as well as a copy of the warrant.

 

unfortunately there isn't much more that you can do except call a lawyer.
