Can I Grow?

I'm getting my medical marijuana card and I wanted to designate myself as my own caregiver however, my wife runs a licensed home daycare. I do have a good room that is inaccessible and on a floor of the home that is not used for the daycare. Would I be within my rights as long as it is locked up or would a home daycare be classified as a secondary school?

You can not grow anywhere within 1000 feet of ANY school,playground, daycare or church.

It seems like that is not covered by prop one, so it would be up to local rules, but with kids involved, I do one or the other but not both. I'm sure the state would shut down the day care if they found out.......shredder

Maybe you could co grow with someone else. Maybe meet someone at a compasion club or something. I have seen posts on here like that
