Propoganda, I don't believe it. They attribute an accident to mj if the person has it in their system. could have smoked it 3 weeks ago. So many people use it, if you test people you are going to find it. Unfounded and unsubstantiated report. IMO anyhow.

Seems crazy to me,, almost everyone I know well has been in a car accident and only 1 goodfriend smokes marijuana and not sure if he has ever been. I will ask tomorrow LOL everyone else does not smoke
