Pleading Guilty In 1 Week

pleading guilty....incase you don't know about the case the grow room wasn't locked other then the locked enclosed house. Also a patient thats card expired a few months prior to the raid was home alone at the time of the raid. SOME consideration would be nice during sentencing

 

 

SO....if you want to show support come Jan. 10th at 8:30 am to the court room of a very strict judge Bowman in the 1200 Telegraph building in Pontiac, Oakland Co.

I certainly hope you get that consideration. I am sure all you were doing was trying to provide for your patients in the best way possible. It seems to me that it should be 7 civil infractions with a fine of about $100 each. Maybe the judge will see the truth, but the way things are going, who knows? I truly wish you the best possible outcome.

Justice is like anything else, you get what you pay for.

 

Whatever the fines and court costs are, pay them off as soon as you can.

 

The State is only doing this to steal your money and once they get the cash things will lighten up for you considerably.
