Neil Rockind recently prevailed in the Clinical Relief case, the Ferndale Medical Marijuana Dispensary Case, obtained the dismissal of controversial Judge Marc Somers in a Dearborn Medical Marijuana Case and obtained a victory in a case in which a judge ruled that Marijuana was not a schedule 1 controlled substance in Michigan. Rockind and his team are considered amongst leaders in the defense of drug and marijuana cases.
