Looks like lara is using it's powers of administration to add the burden of getting a photo to the patients and caregivers.

 

Sent for my renewal in early feb and got it 2 days ago. No requirement then.

That has been there since the beginning notice it does not state required . Lara will not answer the phone regarding the program up there to ease patients minds . There seems to be allot of confusing information lately . There are no instructions anywhere for what a proper photo would be passport or otherwise ?

I don't see anything different. They require a copy of a photo ID, just like always.
