it is, I changed the Title to reflect the Major Context of this case. no offense to the OP, just think this needed a more catchy title for what it is..

 

This is the Same SC that is about to hand down 2 rulings on our Act they heard in Jan/early Feb.

 

and in nearly every case, they have sided with the Constitution and the People. Hopefully the State SC isn't just trying to gain positve karma in reserves...

Wow that is major, thanks for posting this. This made my day cause the GR cops and the DEA entered my house without a warrant and thankfully I wasn't charged but came dang close to it. They questioned me for hours and took my shield & lights. I am a good case of what not to do.

Nice to see Mary Beth Kelly & Brian Zahra cross party lines to bash warrantless home entry.
