unfortunately all 4 petitioned conditions failed.

arizona DHS automatically searches and reviews studies in medical journals to support each petition for new qualifying condition.

patients provided anecdotal evidence for effecacy, and were ignored.

 

this is what its going to look like in michigan at the public hearings.

have your peer-reviewed studies , or get used to rejection.

Don't forget we have people who sympathize with us on the panel here in Michigan. Just because this was defeated in another state DOES NOT mean it will be defeated here.
