I didn't know that how individuals voted was made public. Thought it was an anonymous thing. That's a little disconcerting.

 

It would make sense that Dr. Bob would vote no on that. The Question reads, "do you want to be able to transfer to any registered patient?" He cannot treat with marijuana.
