Landlord Liability?

a tenant should understand these possible liabilities for themselves and a LL if they choose to go ouside the scope of current mmj laws.

a LL who wishes to declare zero involvement early on should include a note in an addendum, which both parties initial, to the original lease. "tenant shall not have any plants that require additional artificial lighting", or "no mmj shall be cultivated at the rental property".

Does that really mean the LL completely objects mmj growing? that's between the LL and tenant... the above clause is to help prevent the slim chance of property forfeiture, that's all.
