i also have heard of many that have gotten their case dismissed but imo they our at the lower courts as you know thats when we got our case dismissed 

in the lower court it may work out but only if the P.A doesn't appeal it and of course it helps if you have a great Lawyer or Lawyer's like we have 

and to me and it's only my opinion this Law has turned into a Sec 8 only Law
