It is a nice story. Mr Fox is quite photogenic, former pres of Mx. Not so much the Msoft guy. Though it sounds good, why the 5 yr wait? Mainly because the current administration is persuing the same old strategy that has been inefective for the last 50 - 60 years. Nearly as antiquated as the Catholics stand on abortion. However it is a favorite of the good OL American? Dinosaurs still terrorizing it's citizens North of the Grand River! [rio Grande, that is...]  [Grand as in mil pesos/ thousand dollars]

I agree, GM.  I don't care how the positive 'cannabis change' happens, as long as it DOES happen, both here and in other countries.
