Synthetic Marijuana Or Synthetic Cannabinoids?

The labeling of these blends seems to fuel the fire burning in marijuana prohibitionists. Cannabinoids are found in other plants that are not labeled or referred to as marijuana related substances. Guessing the original thought was for marketing purposes, but now its a buzz word and doesn't help our cause when hospital rooms are flooded from Spice use, a synthetic cannabinoid mixture, with no "marijuana" materials within.

 

does anyone still have a link concerning big pharma cannabinoid pills causing suicidal thoughts and psychosis?  I recall the blame was put on the unusual ratio of cbd present, without/compared to the other components found in natural marijuana. the med was discontinued I think, but I'm curious how they "fixed" the issue with other synthesized cbd pills in use today.
