axm5073
Hi everyone, first i would like to say im glad to be apart of this forum and look forward to getting to know some of you. I'm an aspiring caregiver currently. I have experiences growing post-medical and am starting to see the benefits in becoming part of this skilled trade. My question is simple really. I need to know how to get rid of the medicine. Do I need to have patients before I grow or can I grow and sell to a dispensary, basically what are my options? Kingdiamond
Currently the way the law is worded you can legally only grow for yourself or 5 patients connected to you via the states medical marijuana registry and you can only grow 12 plants per patient you are working with. Kingdiamond
No they buy overages from those bold enough to bring it to them currently it is not legal but they still do it .
axm5073
Gotcha. I see now after some research that Michigan has and is trying to make some changes to the laws regarding dispensaries.
