This officer did his job, nothing more, nothing less.  NSFW (Language).

The driver was ticketed and sent on his way, the police officer, was free to go out and write more tickets, instead of being tied up at the jailhouse with paperwork for the next two hours.  The streets might "actually" be a little safer. Win, win.

Imagine, a police department being informed on the laws, and letting the public know where they stand.  Transparency is a wonderful thing.  This was put out 2 years ago before legalization hit.
