jalucas143
I have a patient with multiple sclerosis who is in the process of getting his license for medical marijuana. Does anyone have any experience with what strain or topical cream works best for this condition? Also, as a massage therapist, is it legal for me to apply it? bax
no idea about strains or cream brands. there arent a lot of standardized creams yet, so your patient might just be getting local ones. as a massage therapist you should be legal, as long as your patient is registered and within his or her limits on possession weight, with the other requirements on the presumption of medical use, too. http://legislature.mi.gov/doc.aspx?mcl-Initiated-Law-1-of-2008 (j) A person shall not be subject to arrest, prosecution, or penalty in any manner, or denied any right or privilege, including but not limited to civil penalty or disciplinary action by a business or occupational or professional licensing board or bureau, solely for being in the presence or vicinity of the medical use of marihuana in accordance with this act, or for assisting a registered qualifying patient with using or administering marihuana.
