Renew Time question

I was trying to get my renewal done and the dr office told me that I can not use my PO box for my address anymore.   Can anyone confirm if this is a change?  I was unaware if it changed..

I thought I remembered seeing something about a po box, but I cant find anything about it now.

Does the address on my application have to match the address on my Michigan driver license or personal identification card?

No. The MMMP only requires that a patient provide a valid mailing address located in the state of Michigan.

OK,  I called the number and talked to someone from customer service, and they told me a PO box would be fine.  Not sure where this doctors office got there info from..
