More information on paediatric cannabis oil for childhood nephrotic syndrome

My child suffers from childhood nephrotic syndrome, I’ve been trying to find alternative treatments/medicines as the medicines she is currently on are quite toxic. I’ve come across a few news articles in regards to a child being treated for this same condition with cannabis oil. Her condition has been kept the same and not improved and I’m hoping cannabis oil can help with that. My question is what strain or mixture of cannabis oil would be best for this ? How do you dose a 7 year old? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
