I have seen places to buy seeds near a couple border crossings but not Windsor.

 

Any seed shops across the river?

There is actually. It's a cigar shop right in Windsor. Pete's something or other. Can't remember the name. I just medicated.

Just remember that, at the border, you're dealing with customs at a Federal level and not a State level. A little discretion is appropriate, along with a clear head, a good excuse, and a total lack of fear or nervousness.

Is this Petes Place a 100% Legit..? I will have to buy the new license that letsw me cross. But I would hate to cross and have it just be a smoke shop....

Yeah it's the real deal. They have everything from from Willy Jack Seeds to Greenhouse. I was recently there.
