The House Appropriations Committee and its subcommittees meet at the call of the chair. That means there is no set schedule, and they meet whenever Rep. Cushingberry decides it should. Unusual? Yes. Can you take it as a signal about how he feels about MMJ? Not one bit. Is it going to change this year? No.
