Charity Meds For Those In Need

Recommended Posts

Having started a club lately, which is growing, the question has come up, how do clubs handle persons who truly cannot afford meds? What procedures do clubs follow? Do club leaders have a confidential list of persons willing to donate meds from which a name can be given to such a patient? Please give your advice about how your club handles this issue.

Thanks for the advice.

There seems to be as many types of compassion clubs as there are clubs. Some are the educational and information types, which don't allow transfers. Other clubs seem to be smokers lounges. Some are just thinly disguised dispensaries or outright illegal marijuana sales operations. The first two kinds might have something set up for the truly needed, the later two will probably look you in the eye, and tell you they feel your pain as they demand their over inflated prices.
