Employer Drug Screen Results Private?

I failed an employer screen and I'm wondering if I will ever work again? Is it possible that the results of the test could be available in some sort of a database that other employers can search? I wonder if the employer has black listed me somewhere?

 

I'd appreciate any suggestions on where I could search for answers and what legal rights I might have if this information is posted in a database.

Im so sorry this happened to you.. i dont know the answer to your question..

No.... ive been told by the doctor who did my test, the results are held between them and said party. its a violation of law to give out such info to a third person. on a happy note for me... i was dirty, had my doc fax him my paper work, he said i was ok to work i then went on to be honest with the company.... im no longer a temp ive been hired on full time insurance a raise all that. now they just make silly jokes about what kinda of cookies ive got in my lunch box
