The problem is you would break the law on both ends of the transaction by crossing state lines. It would be a violation of interstate transportation of a controlled substance, regardless of the mode of transportation, unless the Bud itself is shipped from Michigan. There have been several bust recently of those who claimed that they were merely transporting marijuana for medical use. It will eventually be settled in court. JMHO.

 

You don't have to transport across state lines to do budtrader. They have trading markets within each of the med states. Each "seed holder" can set up their own rules as how they distribute the seeds.
