i have a large roll of white psp on one side and a foil on the other side.i have left over from my old job in stalling indirect lighting .when we install the lights on a job we have the white side facing up..would it be better to use the foil side it looks like it refleccts more but i hear the white is better. or is the white side just a cosmetic for commercial uses ,can someone help

im sure all kinds of old school mylar users will hate on me for this - but a white surface is better than a mirrored surface. the white reflects/scatters/and and diffuses the light, best for plant growth. mylar tends to concentrate reflections and has less of this scatter/diffusion quality.
