Does anyone out there know how Michigan Law/Legislature effects the producing, buying or selling of seeds?

 

It seems ridiculous that The finished product and live plants are ok--- but where/how to legally obtain seeds is "cloudy" ....??

 

Is it still illegal to buy through the mail...?

If so-- where the heck are we supposed to get them?

you can own any amount of seeds if your a patient/cg, it is illegal federally to import them but all they will do is confiscate them

So does that mean If I have a whole heap of seeds and can make something useful from that, it does not count as part of the 2.5 plant matter and any preparation thereof?

"Any incidental amount of seeds, stalks, and unusable roots shall also be allowed under state law and shall not be included in this amount."
