The Ann Arbor Chronicle is suing the city of Ann Arbor, claiming City Council members violated the state's Open Meetings Act by engaging in "secret discussions" during which they formulated plans for a moratorium on medical marijuana dispensaries.

It is the only way that they can get something past the voters of Ann Arbor.

It will become quickly known that there were council members that tried to disobey the direct will of the voters.

 

Re election will be a uphill battle for those that tried to pull that off.
