Greenhouse Question

I'm having a little issue with my plants. I have 2 plants that I have in fish tank greenhouse. The plants are 2 months old. I'm keeping them in the greenhouse b/c I need to keep the grafts moist while they heal. They have been in the greenhouse for 3 days and I've noticed that the leaf tips are turning black. The plants aren't in direct light. The greenhouse sits right outside my grow room but there close enough to still get some light. I have a large piece of glass sitting on top to seal the tank. For the last day or so I cracked the lid to let the plants dry out a little.

I'm thinking its either a lack of light, an oxygen build up or lack of Co2.

BubbleGrower, IndicaJones, or someone else more experienced than i will probably chime in. But IMO, it sounds like lack of air. They won't want a fan right on them. But, they won't wanna be sealed air tight in glass either. They're gonna need some air to cycle through there. Just my 2p.
