Digital Timer Help!

I bought this a year ago or so and either it didnt come with instructions or I lost them immediately so If anyone can help me program this thing I would be so very grateful. Mine has 7 buttons and a reset on the front with a digital display above them.

you may find them on Line try Google they have everything on line hope this helps

instructions or manuals seem to be very hard to find online. Mine is the standard model from htgsupply if that helps
