Thought I would come up with one more... Use it to label your medicine if you like. Hope it helps. Got the format from how other states like Cali label theirs. My other one is in the Caregiver Issues thread

Yeah I mean Im sure plenty of people have their own way of labeling but for those who dont..it sure beats a ziploc and permanent marker lol.

 

NOTE: If anyone wants a different design or has an idea of a layout let me know via this thread or pm When I have time I'll whip it up and put it on here.

 

PS Dont be mad though if its not as good as those forged cards the undercovers used

You should make one that looks like something the government would print. Like straight from the Pharmacy with warnings like "Do not operate heavy machinery" or "Keep out of reach of children" with the "Section 333.26424" code on it, something that would fit around a pill bottle.

I have a warning label for my meds. If I get a chance I'll put it up. It reads warning may cause you to forget what your talking about or an extreme case of the munches. Never operate machinery and keep out of reach of children.
