Help East Lansing With Their Ordinance

On Aug. 17, 2010, the City adopted Ordinance No. 1246 as an emergency ordinance which requires a license for a person to establish a primary caregiver operation or a dispensary within East Lansing. There is currently a moratorium on the issuance of licenses.

 

They are asking for our help to change this.

Isn't making a patient or caregiver register with the city against the law? Making someone come out and say yes I am growing marijuana here should not be allowed, its not right and its not in the best interest of the caregiver/patients safety...
