serious question.

nowhere in the laws do i see anything about the transportation of plants.

maybe i missed someting, but im a c.g. who is now injured and must unload some of my plant count.

i have credentials and all that, but i will be moving lights/plants/equipment to a few patient locations for a few months.

how many plants can i drive around in my car/truck/ryder truck at one time??

and how do i defend myself?

I figure you'll want to keep them out of sight. Make sure to have all lights working and a good muffler.

I believe what you wish to do is covered in the word "transport" as part of "medical use."

That said, I'm sure that there are some leo that would disagree .. So act like it is illegal.

Fly low and slow.

I shot the question to the ones in the know... I didn't realize it was for those purposes, with the way you asked me about it, I thought you wanted to do a traveling grow and tell. You know for educational purposes. My apologies for not asking for more info.

As was suggested by PB, slow and low is probably the best advice. As for plant counts, you are able to move as many as you are allowed within the limits of the law... 72 at a shot if you are a fully loaded cg and patient.

While I understand the concern about the during transport, my concern would be more with a nosy neighbor seeing the load or unload and causing problems...
