If Prop 19 passes in Cal this November 2nd it will open a lot of doors and not JUST here in the U.S.A..

 

The War on Drugs my be seeing the 'beginning of the end'.

I have been wondering how it would effect our own country, and how it deals with various treaties. It will definitely get things blowing around, and once the dust settles I think things will be looking a lot more like the world we envision (at least in terms of cannabis and hemp).

Certainly it would open the door for other countries to legalize. Many counties made it illegal because of trade pressure with the US. I will predict at least two EU countries would legalize within two years.

Angry Liberal, IMHO you'll see the 'other' happen.

 

Can't imagine 'where' they would come up with the 'funds' or the 'manpower' to go after 'all' the people that consume cannabis.
