BE NICE TO YOUR GARBAGE MAN! People think of the trash man as someone that is worthless and below them in some standard.

 

To tell you the truth I was really thinking more about leo having to root through my skunky trash. I do appreciate my refuse technician... Especially at those times when I don't get the can out to the end of the drive in time, and he comes up to the barn and gets them!

Toast them like pumpkin seeds. Keep them below 350º to avoid destroying the essential oils. Hemp (cannabis) seeds are one of the most nutritious grains on the planet.
