Flowering With Red Spectrum 3000K Tubes

Hello everybody.

I have a few lighting questions maybe somebody could help me out with.

Im a new grower, recently purchased the hydrofarms t5 6 tube 4 ft fixture and it is working quite nice for my mother, clones, and general veg growth.

It has come time for me to buy lighting for my flowering stage and I was considering purchasing an 8 tube t5 fixture and replacing about 6 of the standard 6400k tubes that come with it with 3000k red spectrum tubes and use it for flowering.

has anybody tried flowering like that? I know it would probably be less lumens than a hps but I could put the light closer and get better, more even light coverage? each bulb is high output - 54 watt

Im trying to keep my electric bill under control and this light would also go great with my setup, but could it get the job done?

my setup is for 24 plant limit, i was thinking flowering about 10 at a time -semi sea of green style-, and the rest is my mother, clones, ect

any input, opinions, advice, ect would be greatly appreciated
