Well this ordeal is finally coming to a close. we offered them a buy out, lump sum cash offer with my retirement, sick time paid, vacation etc. They counter offered and we countered back. They accepted our offer so it should be done this week. I'm happy to be starting a new chapter in my life, I didn't realize how much that job was bringing me down until I left. Thanks to everyone that lended their support I really appreciate it! I have my seat reserved on the bus for the rally so I hope to meet all of you there.
