are you talk about the post earlier in the week?

another caregiver was offering rights to 24 plants.

I didn't think you could give up the rights to grow your plants unless you assign a caregiver.

Am I wrong?

If I am not wrong, how can they assign grow rights to 24 plants?

12 plants per pt. in the end it is the patients choice of who grows them for the pt. so if you are a cg and have 2 pts besides yourself being a pt, and those 2 pts are registered patients thru the registry program, and you want to stop growing for all, then your patients will need to sign to the new CG and give that CG their authority to grow their 12 plants and you would need to do the same with any plants you are growing as your own patient.

You can not Pass on, your Patients plants to another CG, without that patient making that request, given all are part of the Registry held by the State.

likewise you can have a CG for you, but you can continue to be a CG and hold Plant rights for your assigned Pts, and continue to be their CG, and have a Personal CG for yourself.
