Ahhh Ummm, give those leo's a sign. Cause when this goes to court it should be tossed out.

And when it is the victims should sue the city for the loss of their crop, mental anguish etc etc.

I hope they can recoup their loss through the legal system.

Until the cities and their respective lleo's face stern penalties i.e monetary fines and reimbursement, this type of harassment will continue.

Maybe a public apology would be in order ??

Lemme see. They had MM cards, but no paperwork for the plants? What paperwork? The cards ARE the paperwork.

Maybe they didn't have enough paperwork for the amount of plants they had. Two people, two cards, that's only 24 plants and they had 60.
