About the Author

Joseph W. Jacob attended Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, British Columbia, double-majoring in Economics and Commerce. Afterwards, he graduated from the University of Victoria, a sister school of the Harvard School of Public Administration, earning a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. After graduation, Jacob worked as an analyst, researcher and ergonomic specialist with the British Columbia Ministry of Provincial Secretary and Government Services for 15 years.
